We will hold one 90-minute Zoom focus group with 6–8 mothers on August 21st at 11amPT/2pmEST.
Completing this form does not guarantee selection; we’ll randomly choose participants to ensure a balanced mix of regions, backgrounds, and insurance types. Only those selected will be contacted. If you are selected, we’ll email you a consent form and a Zoom link. If you are not selected, your contact details will be deleted at the end of the study. You may withdraw from the process at any time, without penalty, and your data will be removed. All information submitted through this form is stored securely and used only for choosing and scheduling the group.
